AMBERLEY Working Museum is now playing host to an exhibition of contemporary photography.
Work by Richard Chivers, who has in the past received funding from Arts Council England, will be on show until September 10.
Kate Russell, of the museum, said: "The exhibition is a photographic investigation of the exposed surfaces created through mineral extraction in Sussex and, therefore, shares synergy with the museum's history as a chalk pit quarry."
The work will be displayed in the Fairmile Café and Wireless Exhibition Hall, as well as additional pieces in the ticket office.
