Head teacher Peter Midwinter said the turn out has grown significantly since the school first held the memorial day service last year.
Those in attendence today included MP Tim Loughton, Reverend Michael Blades of St Francis Church in Shoreham and Rabbi Vivian Silverman of the Hove Hebrew Congregation.
