It is like sitting in an ice box
My hands are cold. My knees are freezing. My feet are cold. My nose is cold.
Today, Wednesday, June 24, is a little cloudy, occasional sun, pleasantly mild.
Temperature 16 degrees centigrade. So, why am I so cold?
I have just spent one hour and 20 minutes in an ice box.

Hide AdThis is not the first time I have complained to you about this.
This the only service where I have experienced this problem and I use many different train companies. Why?
I have a theory.
Because the Ashford to Brighton service is only two carriages and is frequently seriously overcrowded to the point of being dangerous you operate an utterly unnecessary air conditioner in inappropriate weather conditions.
It seems you are afraid that your overcrowded trains may prove fatal?
