Flaw to Worthing's late night shopping idea

Very admirable. I see one flaw – poor public transport, apart from two routes 700/Pulse.
Some senior citizens could not afford return taxi fares plus eating out. We are not all in our dotage and would still like to feel we are apart of the Worthing scene, especially as we are paying our council taxes.
