Children and adults at St James' CE Primary School in Emsworth took part in '˜The Dahlicious Dressing Up Day' on Tuesday, September 13 to raise money for '˜Roald Dahl's Marvellous Children's Charity'.

Everyone dressed as their favourite Roald Dahl character before showing off their costumes at a parade in the school hall. The day also celebrates the centenary of the legendary story-teller, who was born on September 13, 1916.

Guests Matthew Inker, manager at the Emsworth office of Henry Adams and his colleague Dee Tickner, community liaison coordinator, were invited to award badges to the deserving winners.
