Andrew Gedling, 49, of The Street, Bramber, was fined £600, with £168.75 vehicle excise back duty, and £90 costs. He had been convicted in his absence of driving an unlicensed vehicle in Worthing. Bill Wood, 18, of Stovolds Hill, Cranleigh, was given a one year conditional discharge, with a £50 fine, £200 compensation, a £15 victim surcharge, £50 costs, and a £150 criminal courts charge. He had pleaded guilty to causing criminal damage to a forklift truck in Haven Road, Billingshurst. Dominic Bland, 23, of Horley Row, Horley, was fined £200, with a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and three penalty points added to his licence. He had been convicted in his absence of speeding on the A24 at Dial Post. Sarah Briley, 38, of Smithy Lane, Lower Kingswood, was fined £200, with a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and three penalty points added to her licence. She had been convicted in her absence of speeding at Storrington. Christopher Perry, 65, of Red Rice, Andover, was fined £200, with a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and three penalty points added to his licence. He had been convicted in his absence of speeding on the A24 at Dial Post. Justin McDermott, 34, of South Terrace, Littlehampton, was fined £200, with a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and six penalty points added to his licence. He had been convicted in his absence of driving without a licence in Southwater. He had pleaded guilty to speeding on the A264 at Slinfold. Richard Mitchell, 53, of Foxholes, Rudgwick, was given a one year conditional discharge, with £20 compensation, and £40 costs. He had pleaded guilty to common assault in Rudgwick, and assaulting a ppolice constable. Samuel Skippins, 25, of Church Close, Lower Beeding, was given a one year conditional discharge, with a £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and a £150 criminal courts charge. He had pleaded guilty to common assault, and to using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress. Mark Farren, 49, of Suez Way, Saltdean, was given a one year conditional discharge, with a £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and a £150 criminal courts charge. He had pleaded guilty to common assault at Pease Pottage, and to failing to answer bail. Sean McGrath, 48, of Sandown Road, Brighton, was given a community order with a £60 victim surcharge, and £85 costs. He had pleaded guilty to stealing a TV from Currys in Horsham, and to breaching a conditional discharge for shoplifting. John Henley-Smith, 65, of Huntingrove Stud, Slinfold, was fined £65, with a £20 victim surcharge, and three penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to speeding. Neil Wilson, 46, of Shoreham Road, Shoreham, was banned from driving for two years, given a community order with 200 hours of unpaid work, with a £60 victim surcharge, and £85 costs.
