It is also a time when friends catch up with friends who have moved away from the village. All the usual summer fair attractions including coconut shy, crockery smash, tombolas, raffles, swing boats, barbecue, beer, teas, books, plants, homemade cakes and preserves, gifts and craft, face painting, ice creams live music throughout the afternoon, and so much more. The fun begins at 1pm with car parking available at the Swan Meadow playing field. (Please use the bottom entrance). We look forward to seeing you all the and this year the weather will be nice- we hope.
Whist: For those of you who enjoy our monthly whist drives, unfortunately, Thursday evenings has been cancelled due to lack of organisers availability. We apologise for anyone who will miss it but we just cannot avoid the cancelling. We will be back on the first Thursday in October.
